 Book Damages and Replacement Policy

All damages must be reported to us via email at fatedhelp@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of delivery to qualify for a replacement. You must include photos of damage.

Damages the DO qualify for replacement:

  • Broken Spines
  • Punctures
  • Missing Parts or Pages
  • Water Damage
  • Extreme Dings
  • Torn Cover or Pages
  • Residue That Cannot Be Removed

Damages that DO NOT qualify for replacement: 

  • Minor Dings
  • Light Scratches
  • Normal Shelf Wear
  • Wavy Pages With NO Water Damage
  • Residue That Can Be Removed
  • Minor Printing Errors that do not affect the legibility of the book 

If damages qualify for replacement and there are no replacements available, you can return the books for a full refund.

Scratch & Dent books are not eligible for replacement due to damages. These books have minor damages that do not affect legibility or display.
