Can I purchase books from previous boxes? There are bi-monthly scratch and dent book sales, however, quantities are very limited.
What are fated mates? Fated mates are soul mates. They are meant to be together and the perfect match. It is a common book trope seen in PNR, Sci-fi Romance, Romantasy, and Omegaverse.
What is PNR? PNR is short hand for Paranormal Romance.
What sizes do you offer? S - 5X in most items. Some items go up to 4X.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we currently ship internationally with the exception of the EU due to GPSR guidelines. All shipping rates are calculated through carriers and all VAT and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
My books were sent to my old address, what do I do? Email us at fatedhelp@gmail.com we can have a new set sent out to you. But you will receive an invoice for shipping cost.
Do you accept returns? No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at fatedhelp@gmail.com
I ordered a Book Box and I am missing an item or I received a damaged item. Contact us at fatedhelp@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can send you a replacement!
Event Exclusive FAQs
What are event exclusive books? These are books that will only be available for pick up at a book event.
Will the books be signed? No. Meet the authors during the signing to have the books signed!
Can I get the books shipped to me? No. These are for PICK UP ONLY.
Can someone else pick up for me? Yes! Email us at fatedhelp@gmail.com to let us know who will be picking up for you.
Book Box Subscription FAQs
When are book box subscriptions available? Subscriptions are open during preorders: the 1st - 15th of each month.
What are the options for subscriptions? We have monthly subscriptions, where you will be charged each month for your box. Monthly subscriptions are available for Small and Large boxes.
What is the difference between a monthly subscription and a regular preorder? Preorders are considered one-time buys. With subscriptions, you will automatically be charged for your box each month. You do not have to worry about missing a box and our subscribers do receive an extra gift (art prints or enamel pin) that is not in the preorder boxes.
Can I skip a month? Yes! You can manage your subscription to skip a month. Contact us for any questions or issues!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Step 1: Login to your ecommerce account and click on Manage subscriptions.
Step 2: Choose the subscription that you would like to do changes to, and then click on "Manage your Subscription" in the Customer subscription detail page. Quick look of the screens below.
Step 3: Now, scroll on the bottom of the screen for the subscription id you want to cancel and add your reason for cancellation to help us know where we can improve.
Book Box Damages and Replacement Policy
All damages must be reported to us via email at fatedhelp@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of delivery to qualify for a replacement. You must include photos of damage.
Damages the DO qualify for replacement:
- Broken Spines
- Punctures
- Missing Parts or Pages
- Water Damage
- Extreme Dings
- Torn Cover or Pages
- Residue That Cannot Be Removed
Damages that DO NOT qualify for replacement:
- Minor Dings
- Light Scratches
- Normal Shelf Wear
- Wavy Pages With NO Water Damage
- Residue That Can Be Removed
- Minor Printing Errors that do not affect the legibility of the book
If damages qualify for replacement and there are no replacements available, you can return the books for a full refund.
Scratch & Dent books are not eligible for replacement due to damages. These books have minor damages that do not affect legibility or display.
