When will I get my OCTOBER Book Box featuring BEATRIX HOLLOW? Small and large boxes have shipped.
Book Boxes ship approximately two months after purchase.
Can I purchase books from previous boxes? There are bi-monthly scratch and dent book sales, however, quantities are very limited.
What are fated mates? Fated mates are soul mates. They are meant to be together and the perfect match. It is a common book trope seen in PNR, Sci-fi Romance, Romantasy, and Omegaverse.
What is PNR? PNR is short hand for Paranormal Romance.
What sizes do you offer? S - 5X in most items. Some items go up to 4X.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. All shipping rates are calculated through carriers and all VAT and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

I ordered a Book Box and I am missing an item or I received a damaged item. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details so we can send you a replacement!
Book Box Subscription FAQs
When are book box subscriptions available? Subscriptions are open during preorders: the 1st - 7th of each month.
What are the options for subscriptions? We have monthly subscriptions, where you will be charged each month for your box, and we have prepay subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are available for Small and Large boxes.
What is the difference between a monthly subscription and a regular preorder? Preorders are considered one-time buys. With subscriptions, you will automatically be charged for your box each month. You do not have to worry about missing a box and our subscribers do receive an extra gift that is not in the preorder boxes.
Can I skip a month? Yes! You can manage your subscription to skip a month. Contact us for any questions or issues!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Step 1: Login to your ecommerce account and click on Manage subscriptions.
Step 2: Choose the subscription that you would like to do changes to, and then click on "Manage your Subscription" in the Customer subscription detail page. Quick look of the screens below.
Step 3: Now, scroll on the bottom of the screen for the subscription id you want to cancel and add your reason for cancellation to help us know where we can improve.
